Carolyn has worked with colleges and universities across North America to evaluate and develop foodservice programs, meal plans, and strategic plans for both contracted and self-operated dining service organizations.

Carolyn is well versed in completing market research, meal plan evaluations, and making programmatic recommendations; she is also accustomed to using the market research data gathered on site to develop recommendations that become an integral part of Dining Services Master Plans campus wide.
