 Prior
to joining Porter in 2004, Shaun spent more than six
years working in operations management in a fine dining
establishment. He has worked in all facets of dining
operations including food preparation and service.
He is well
versed in all areas of college foodservice operations
and has participated in every stage of project work.
Shaun is skilled in the creation, development, and implementation
of marketing, master plans, RFPs and financial analyses.
