Porter Consulting is an on-call
foodservice consultant for Cornell University.
Over the past several years we have completed
projects including a North Campus Master Plan,
West Campus Feasibility Study, meal plan programming,
full marketing campaign, and a design for food
venues in the Human Ecology Building.
Each project was based on market
research gathered through qualitative and quantitative
measures on campus. Most recently, we completed
a retail business plan for Cornell’s 21
venues on campus. Part of our consultancy also
included merchandising and re-design for the North
Star Dining Hall, which our company named and
themed.
