In Fall 2005, our firm was hired by Chicago-based S-3 Consultants to assist with design development for the new Washington Nationals Ballpark. Located in Southeast Washington along the Anacostia River with a breathtaking view of our nation’s capital, the 41,000-seat ballpark features 205 points of service including concessions stands, three restaurants and multiple portable foodservice stands. Our scope of work for this project included attending on-site project planning meetings as well as completing all of the CAD and rough-in drawings. Once the design development phase of this project was complete, our design team was also responsible for completing all contract documents, shop drawings and punch lists.
