The project involved the design and construction administration of the New Hampshire Job Corps Center. We worked with MDS Architects as the foodservice design consultant on the design of a new building at the New Hampshire Job Corps in Manchester, New Hampshire. Porter Khouw Consulting was hired as the foodservice design consultant for the dining hall, servery, food preparation areas, and food storage areas within the new center for all phases of design: programming/schematic, design development, construction documents through to construction administration.
